According to media reports he charges a whopping Rs 1.25 lakh per day. After kissing popularity with shows like Kasam Se and Bade Achche Lagte Hain, Kapoor is enjoying his stint on big screen these days with films like Agent Vinod and Humshakals.

He started his acting career in movies, but it was television where Ronit Roy struck gold. With shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, he became the hot favourite among audiences. These days, he is seen playing a famous defence lawyer, KD Pathak, in Adaalat and his compensation amounts to Rs 1.25 lakh per day.

TRP Ratings on Week 40

                Colors was the only channel among the Hindi general entertainment channels (GECs) to see a marginal gain in its viewership. All other channels witnessed a decline as per TAM latest data for Week 40 of 2014.

Despite seeing a drop in its viewership, Star Plus continues to lead the pack with 549 millions GVTs, down from 593 millions GVTs. Colors that surprised many by dislodging ZEE TV last week remains steady at second place. The channel scored 433 millions GVTs, up from 431 millions GVTs.

Zee TV witnessed a drop of 26 GVTs in its points in the week ended 4 October, It ranked number three with 401 millions GVTs, down from 427 millions GVTs. Life OK remains at number four with 299 millions GVTs, down from 307 millions GVTs.

At number five, Sab recorded 254 millions GVTs, down from 262 millions GVTs. Sony Entertainment Television (SET) at number six garnered 234 millions GVTs, down from 264 millions GVTs.

Sony Pal also saw a drop in its ratings, It recorded 23 million GVTs, down from 26 million GVTs. While Zindagi reported 20 millions GVTs, down from 26 millions GVTs.

Sahara One was at the bottom with 11 millions GVTs, from 11 millions GVTs in the previous week.
